Sažetak
Tokom 2012. godine je na prisustvo virusa kržljavosti šljive (Prune dwarf virus - PDV) testirano 126 matičnih biljaka iz roda Prunus koje predstavljaju selekcije vegetativnih podloga za trešnju i višnju. Svi uzorci su sakupljeni sa lokaliteta Rimski Šančevi. Uzorci su testirani DAS Elisa metodom, a virus je dokazan i putem lančane reakcije polimeraze. Virus kržljavosti šljive je utvrđen u četiri ispitivana uzorka (3,2 %). Rezultati ukazuju na potrebu testiranja oplemenjivačkog materijala na virozna oboljenja u toku selekcionog procesa.
