Podaci s rang skala reflektuju ciljeve i očekivane ishode programa i služe kako u sumativne tako i u formative svrhe. Prate se sledeće karakteristike ponašanja dece: kreativnost, produktivnost, socijalnost (komunikacija i saradnja), motivisanost i emocionalnost dece, uključujući i sposobnost za procenjivanje i opredeljenje za određene vrednosti. Glavna tema teksta je metodološka evaluacije i prikaz prvih rezultata formativne evaluacije, koji će uskoro, posle opsežnije analize, biti dopunjeni novim podacima.
Abstract
"School for the Future" is a programme developed in the cooperation of the Center for Culture and the primary school "Mihailo Petrović Alas" in Belgrade. The programme specifies the aims and the activities which are conducted by the Center's artists and the school teachers in semi-boarding classes and, partially, in the first grade. Creative workshop activities include drama and movement, literature, music, dance, painting, and free activities. Here we submit the evaluation plan for this programme. The plan is based on a formative and summative approach to the analysis of the work process and the behavior of students seen as the outcomes by which the successfulness of the programme will be assessed. The analysis is based upon the reflections on the practice by the programme conductors, as well as on a systematic assessment by independent observers not involved otherwise in the programme. Beside narrative descriptions, which are important for the advancement of the programme, the behavior of children is estimated according to the newly devised rank scales. The rank scale data reflect the aims and the expected outcomes, and serve both for summative and formative purposes. The following characteristics are evaluated in the behavior of children: creativity, productivity, sociability (communication and cooperation), motivation, emotionality, judgment aptitude, and value systems. The main consideration of this text is related to the methodology of evaluation. Presented are the initial results of the formative evaluation, which will be supplemented by new data after a more comprehensive analysis, hopefully in the near future.
