Sažetak
U radu autori razmatraju indikacije, terapijski pristup i osnovne biološke mehanizme na kojima se bazira terapija svetlom. Ukratko je prikazan prikaz pacijenta obolelog od sezonskog afektivnog poremećaja kao i primenjeni terapijski protokol. U svetlu 10. Međunarodne klasifikacije bolesti je prikazana i dijagnostička kategorija sezonski afektivni poremećaj kao i diferencijalna dijagnoza.
Abstract
In this paper authors present indications, therapeutically approach, and basis of biological mechanism of the light therapy. Short case report is presented, and applied therapeutically approach. Diagnostic criteria and differential diagnosis of the 10th revision International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems manual of disorders of seasonal affective disorder is presented.
