Sažetak
(ne postoji na srpskom)
In the era of information, diversification, globalization, deregulation…, organizational practices must find the (new) ways of achieving success. Thus, the strategic practices that (strictly) prefer organizational 'liposuction' instead of the organizational 'bodybuilding' are very surprising and troubling. 'Liposuction', impersonated in many restrictions…, could lead to the organizational atrophy, 'anemia', weak business system… It is time for 'bodybuilding' in order to strengthen the organizational performance and reach the necessary organizational 'stamina' (competences) that would enable easier climbing on the more and more steeper ladder of success… It is necessary to separate ourselves from the familiar routines of our everyday practice by thinking and acting. Obviously, practice must become 'problematic' in order to be 'problematized'.
