Uloga mišićnih relaksanata u dečijoj anesteziji danas

Sažetak
Uvođenje novih lekova kraćeg trajanja dejstva i sa manje neželjenih efekata u anesteziološku praksu, kao i korišćenje različitih laringealnih maski u cilju uspostavljanja disajnog puta, dovelo je do znatno manje upotrebe mišićnih relaksanata u dečijoj anesteziji. Intubacija traheje može se izvoditi u dubokoj anesteziji, ili u površnoj anesteziji, uz upotrebu nedepolarizujućeg mišićnog relaksanta. Upotreba relaksanta olakšava intubaciju i smanjuje rizik od nastanka komplikacija. Primena sukcinil holina ograničena je na hitne intubacije zbog moguće pojave opasnih neželjenih efekata. Osim za olakšavanje trahealne intubacije, mišićni relaksanti se koriste kada je potrebna duboka mišićna relaksacija radi izvođenja određenih hirurških procedura, u terapiji larigospazma i kada je potrebno smanjiti dozu anestetika kod mlađe, ili teško bolesne dece. Najčešća neželjena dejstva nedepolarizujućih mišićnih relaksanata odnose se na zaostali blok i pojavu alergijskih reakcija.
