Predlog operativne metodologije prognoze klimatskih prilika u dubokim rudnicima metala
Suggestion of operative methodology of climate conditions prognosis in deep metal mines
Sažetak
Prognoza klimatskih prilika u prostorijama dubokih rudnika putem simulacije primenom savremenih kompjuterskih programa, poznatih u svetskoj rudarskoj praksi (CLIMSIM, TEMPRISE, HEATFLOW, itd), a u našoj zemlji program SIMVENT RGF-a u Beogradu, daje najbolji uvid u pojedinačno dejstvo svih uticajnih faktora na parametre rudničke klime. Naime, duž posmatrane prostorije dobijaju se promene klimatskih parametara (temperature suvog i vlažnog termometra, relativne i apsolutne vlažnosti, pritiska i entalpije vazduha) koje su posledica trenutnog delovanja svih uticajnih faktora. Svakako da se može ispitati zasebno dejstvo pojedinih uticajnih faktora, čime se dobija jasan pregled njihovih međusobnih odnosa, što je značajno za iznalaženje odgovarajućih rudarsko-tehničkih mera, putem kojih se može upravljati ventilacionim parametrima rudnika, u cilju obezbeđenja komfornih uslova za rad. No, kako kompjuterska simulacija programom SIMVENT RGF-a zahteva obiman posao (za svaku varijaciju ulazne količine vazduha, temperature na ulazu ili drugih parametara za određen otkop neophodno je sprovesti prognozu u lancu svih prethodnih prostorija) u radu je dat predlog OPERATIVNE METODOLOGIJE u cilju kraće i brže prognoze klimatskih prilika u prostorijama istog tipa na određenoj dubini. Ilustracija prognoze klimatskih prilika kompjuterskom simulacijom i predloga OPERATIVNE METODOLOGIJE proračuna je izvršena na primeru ulaznih i otkopnih prostorija pri eventualnom otkopavanju r.t "Borska Reka".
Abstract
The prognosis of the climate conditions in deep mine halls by simulations, by using contemporary computer programs known in world mine practice (CLIMSIM TEMPRISE, HEATFLOW, itd), SIMVENT FMG in our country in Belgrade, gives the best inspection in individual effects of all influence factors on mine climate parameters. Namely, along the observed hall changes of climate parameters can be get, (dry and humid thermometer, relative and absolute humidity, air and enthalpy pressure). Those changes are results of immediate effects of all influence factors. Off course, it is possible to examine individual effects of those influence factors from which the clear review of their interrelationship can be get. It is important for finding corresponding mining-technical measures by the use of which ventilation mine parameters can be controlled for providing comfortable working conditions. Therefore, the computer simulation program SIMVENT RGF demands great work (for every variation of inlet quantity of air, inlet temperature or other parameters for particular stope, it is necessary to carry out the prognosis in chain of all previous halls) in this paper is given suggestion of OPERATIVE METHODOLOGY in order to achieve shorter and faster climate conditions prognosis in halls of the same type with particular depth. The illustration of climate conditions prognosis by computer simulation and of the suggestion of operative methodology calculation is done on example of inlet and outlet (input and output stopping halls in case of ore body "Borska Reka" excavation.
