Sažetak
U ovom članku autor razmatra pitanje statusa zaposlenih u procesima pretvaranja društvenog preduzeća u društvo kapitala. Autor daje valjane odgovore na pitanja tehnološkog i ekonomskog viška zaposlenih, pitanje monopola na radno mesto, kao u pitanje načina u postupka utvrđivanja prestanka potrebe za radom radnika. Autor se zalaže za sistemsko u kontinuirano rešavanje pitanja viška zaposlenih u društvenom preduzeću, uz izmeštanje socijalne funkcije iz preduzeća.
Abstract
In this article the author treats of questions of status of workers and employees in processes of transformation the social enterprise to the society of capital. The author gives the good answers the questions of technological and economic supplement of workers and employees, the question of monopoly on the work place, so the question of way and procedure of establishment of finish the necessity of work The author's opinion is that the deciding of the question of supplement of workers and employees in the social enterprise, must be systemic and continuous, with putting the social function out of enterprise.
