Uticaj stresora radnog mesta na indeks radne sposobnosti pacijenata sa depresivnim poremećajem

Sažetak
Istraživali smo uticaj individualnih i faktora rada na indeks radne sposobnosti kod pacijenata sa depresijom. Sproveli smo prospektivno ispitivanje upitnicima: Upitnikom za stres na radu i Indeksom radne sposobnosti. Upitnikom za stres na radu procenjeni su individualni faktori i faktori rada. Indeksom radne sposobnosti procenjeni su faktori radnog mesta u odnosu na radnu sposobnost. Lošu radnu sposobnost u ukupnom uzorku ima 151 (71%) ispitanik koji boluje od depresije. Svi stresori radnog mesta, odsustvo podrške kolega i nadređenih, rad nije ergonomski prilagođen, veliko opterećenje poslom statistički su udruženi sa lošim indeksom radne sposobnosti (P=0,001). Percepcija lošeg zdravstvenog stanja (Rsq=0,412, P=0,001), nizak nivo satisfakcije životom (Rsq=0,309, P=0,001), nizak nivo motivacije za rad i znanja (Rsq=0,309, P=0,001) predikotori su za lošu radnu sposobnost. Pravovremeno sprovođene psihotretmana, mentalne i profesionalne rehabilitacije, okupaciona terapija i adaptirano radno mesto su ključ očuvanja radne sposobnosti kad se pojavi epidemija depresije kao u vremenu u kome živimo.
