Sažetak
U radu se ukazuje na neophodnost multidisciplinarnog pristupa u istraživanju uzroka i posledica klimatskih promena i posebno na neophodnost većeg angažovanja sociologa u propitivanju uzroka i davanju rešenja za ublažavanje posledica. Prihvatajući stav da su klimatske promene današnjice društveno uslovljene, pošlo se od pretpostavke da su one u sociološkim istraživanjima našle svoje mesto, ali ne u dovoljnoj meri. Na osnovu pregleda dostupne literature došlo se do saznanja da je inicijalna kapisla za proučavanje klimatskih promena potekla od socijanih ekologa, te da su predmet kako teorijskih razmatranja, tako i empirijskih istraživanja njihovih konkretnih uzroka i posledica. Kako je poljoprivredni sektor jedan od uzroka promena klime, u radu se posebno apostrofira neophodnost socioloških istraživanja poljoprivrednog sektora i klimatskih promena, i ukazuje i na druga moguća istraživačka polja.
