Uticaj informacionih tehnologija na performanse zaposlenih u preduzećima u Srbiji

Sažetak
U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja o uticaju informacionih tehnologija na performanse zaposlenih. Podaci su prikupljeni anketiranjem 231 menadžera iz preduzeća u Srbiji. Informacione tehnologije su pokazale jak i pozitivan uticaj na performanse zaposlenih u preduzećima u Srbiji. Varijabla značaj korišćenja IT pokazala je da ima najveći uticaj na varijable kontinuirano učenje i organizaciona posvećenost zaposlenih. Nivo obrazovanja i vlasnička struktura preduzeća kao moderatori pokazali su da imaju značajan efekat na relacije između varijabli informacionih tehnologija i varijabli performansi zaposlenih. Ovim istraživanjem je potvrđen uticaj informacionih tehnologija na unapređenje performansi zaposlenih u preduzećima koja prepoznaju značaj korišćenja savremenih informacionih tehnologija i koja su spremna da obučavaju i motivišu radnike za rad na njima.
