Sažetak
U radu je data analiza aktivnosti kojima se ograničava konkurencije i njihove ekonomske posledice. U prvom delu rada razmotrena su najbitnija pitanja vezana za formiranje količinskih i cenovnih sporazuma, zloupotrebu dominantnog položaja učesnika na tržištu i koncentracije učesnika kojima se ograničava konkurencija. Drugi deo rada daje prikaz zakonske regulative ovih aktivnosti u Evropskoj uniji na čijim osnovama je i Srbija regulisala zaštitu konkurentnosti tržišta.
Abstract
In this paper, restricting competition activities and their economic consequences are analyzed. In the first part of paper, the most important items related to quantity and price agreements between competitors, the abuse of dominant position and concentrations that restricted competition are considered. In the second part of paper, the European Union competitive regulation is presented. The EU competition rules are the base for protecting competition regulation in Serbia.
