Ukupni troškovI vlasništva infrastrukture kao servisa za SME

Sažetak
Klaud računarstvo nudi značajne troškovne prednosti za SME koje često ne upravljaju internom IT infrastrukturom i start-up kompanije koje ne poseduju sopstvenu IT infrastrukturu. U ovom radu prikazan je pristup ukupnih troškova vlasništva (TCO) za usluge računarstva u oblaku sa naglaskom na model infrastrukture kao servisa (IaaS). Takođe, u radu je prikazana metodolagija za procenu ukupnih troškova vlasništva (TCO) pri pokretanju računarskih instanci u Iaas klaudu korištenjem GARCH modela za predviđanje volatilnosti transakcija. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da je moguće uspešno koristiti GARCH modele kada postoje istorijski podaci o broju transakcija. Pored toga, na osnovu simulacije, kada postoje velike oscilacije u broju transakcija najbolji izbor je rezervacija instanci po cenovnom modelu Partial-Upfront. Nasuprot tome, ako je broj transakcije relativno stabilan, najbolji izbor je model All-Upfront.
