Sažetak
Pandemija izazvana virusom COVID-19 je događaj male verovatnoće i značajnih efekata, koji je prouzrokovao velike poremećaje u lancima snabdevanja širom sveta. Hotelska delatnost je jedna od najteže pogođenih, pri čemu svi učesnici u lancu snabdevanja podnose teret krize. Ovaj rad ima za cilj da ispita da li su se, i u kojoj meri, hoteli u Republici Srbiji suoĉili sa teškoćama u menadžmentu lancem snabdevanja usled pandemije virusa COVID-19, sa posebnim osvrtom na teškoće pri uvođenju informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija (IKT) koje se koriste u menadžmentu lancem snabdevanja. Empirijsko istraživanje je sprovedeno u maju 2021. godine, u kojem su učestvovali menadžeri iz 40 hotelskih preduzeća kategorisanih sa 4 i 5 zvezdica. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da se većina hotela usled pandemije suočila sa teškoćama u menadžmentu lancem snabdevanja i uvođenju IKT za menadžment lancem snabdevanja, s tim da nije ustanovljeno da intenzitet teškoća zavisi od kategorije, veličine i afilijacije hotela.
