Sažetak
U središtu Četvrte industrijske revolucije nalazi se digitalna transformacija koja će u potpunosti promeniti naše razumevanje poslovanja. Razvoj industrije 4.0 sa tehnologijama kao što su CLOUD computing, Internet stvari i veštačka inteligencija značajno će uticati na trenutne modele poslovanja. Da bi uspešno sprovele digitalnu transformaciju i opstale na globalnom tržištu, kompanije moraju da poseduju adekvatan intelektualni kapital, koji se ogleda u znanju i veštinama zaposlenih. Osim promene potrebnih tehničkih veština zaposleni će morati da se prilagode novoj digitalnoj strategiji, organizacionoj strukturi, kao i kulturi poslovanja. Kao odgovor na ovaj trend pojavljuje se potraba za uspostavljanjem novih profesija u kompanijama. Cilj ovog rada je da pronađe odgovore na pitanja koje profesije je potrebno uvesti u kompanije koje se digitalno transformišu i koja je njihova uloga, kao i koje kompetencije je neophodno da poseduju rukovodioci kompanija kako bi se uspešno sporovela digitalna transformacija.
