Da li su digitalna finansijska plaćanja ograničena dohotkom zemlje - iskustva na osnovu baze podataka Global Findex

Sažetak
Kombinovani efekat poboljšanja IKT, digitalizacije i promene navika klijenata doveo je do promena u finansijskom sektoru širom sveta. Povećana upotreba digitalnih finansijskih usluga je promena koja bi mogla pomoći u povećanju finansijske inkluzije, što je posebno važno za zemlje u razvoju. Kako se prihod smatra kritičnim pokretačem digitalnih plaćanja, ova studija ima za cilj da utvrdi da li postoji linearna veza između prihoda zemlje merena nivoom bruto nacionalnog dohotka po glavi stanovnika i upotrebe digitalnih platnih usluga, tj. izvršavanja i primanja digitalnih plaćanja. Za sprovođenje istraživanja koje je obuhvatilo 141 zemlju, korišćeni su podaci iz Findex baze i baze podataka Svetske banke za 2017. godinu. Prisustvo linearne veze između nivoa BND-a po glavi stanovnika i korišćenja usluga digitalnih plaćanja testirano je pomoću korelacione analize. Rezultati korelacione analize pokazuju da postoji značajna jaka pozitivna linearna veza između nivoa BND-a po glavi stanovnika i korišćenja usluga digitalnog plaćanja u oba segmenta, tj. izvršavanja i primanja digitalnih plaćanja. Nalazi su u skladu sa prethodnim istraživanjima i potvrdili su važnu ulogu prihoda kao pokretača upotrebe digitalnih finansijskih usluga.
