Individualizacija u nastavi - konceptualno-metodološki izazov za didaktičku teoriju i nastavnu praksu

Sažetak
U radu su prikazani rezultati teorijske analize naučnih (originalnih naučnih, preglednih i kratkih naučnih priloga) i stručnih radova koji tretiraju problem individualizacije u nastavi, objavljenih u časopisu Inovacije u nastavi od 1983. godine, kada je izašao prvi broj Časopisa, do poslednjeg objavljenog broja 4, u 2020. godini. Cilj istraživanja bio je da se kritički sagleda kako je istraživački tretiran problem individualizacije u nastavi, te da se izvuku pouke o konceptualnim i metodološkim pristupima i implikacije za nastavnu praksu u savremenim uslovima. Jedinice za teorijsku analizu bile su: broj radova u odnosu na ukupan broj radova po godinama izdanja Časopisa, karakter radova prema trenutno važećoj kategorizaciji radova u Časopisu, teorijski aspekti sa kojih autori razmatraju problem individualizacije u nastavi i metodološki pristup. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da su tokom 33 godine izlaženja Časopisa objavljena 63 rada u kojima se tretira problem individualizacije u nastavi, da je najviše stručnih radova, da preovlađuje analitički pristup u istraživanjima (analiza literature i analiza konkretnih nastavnih časova). Autori najčešće polaze od opšteg didaktičkog pristupa, a metodički aspekt najzastupljeniji je u tretiranju individualizacije u nastavi srpskog jezika i književnosti i nastavi matematike. Na osnovu rezultata analize izvedene su implikacije sa aspekta razvoja učeničkih kompetencija i profesionalnih kompetencija nastavnika.
