Uticaj premijske rezerve na ulaganja u životno osiguranje na zapadnom Balkanu

Sažetak
Sve veći značaj životnog osiguranja u svetu nameće sve veću potrebu za istraživanjem u ovoj oblasti, posebno na Zapadnom Balkanu gde je trend rasta usko praćen životnim osiguranjem u poslednje dve decenije. Uzimajući u obzir da su kompanije za životno osiguranje značajni učesnici na finansijskom tržištu, ovaj istraživački rad ispituje uticaj premijske rezerve na obim finansijskih ulaganja društava za životno osiguranje u zemljama Zapadnog Balkana, na osnovu zbirnih podataka na nivou zemlje. U cilju testiranja njegovog efekta korišćeni su modeli linearne korelacije i regresije, na osnovu podataka prikupljenih za period 2006-2016. Pored toga, komparativna analiza je korišćena za poređenje položaja društava za životno osiguranje na finansijskim tržištima. Rezultati dobijeni primenom korelacione i regresione analize pokazali su da postoji jaka pozitivna korelacija između premijskih rezervi i finansijskih ulaganja u svim navedenim zemljama regiona. Ovaj rezultat je važna strateška smjernica za regulatore i kreatore politike za napredak u sektoru životnog osiguranja, kao i na finansijskom tržištu Zapadnog Balkana.
