The quality of logistics processes is an important entity of a business system quality. Therefore, ever more attention is paid to research into this area. The process model described in this research paper is the result of an original scientific methodology which treats a logistics process through nine logistic modules of quality, following material and information's flow through the process from the input to the output. Presented model was developed on the example of the bakery industry and can serve as a basis for solving logistical problems in other areas, looking at logistics as a specific function within the technical, organizational, social and other systems. Apart from its formal mathematical interpretation, this model also has a heuristic dimension which is, in the first place, reflected in inciting new research and theoretical disputes.
