Stavovi pripadnika privatnog obezbeđenja o policiji

Sažetak
U naučnoj literaturi postoje brojna istraživanja percepcije građana o policiji. Međutim, postavlja se pitanje kako policiju vide pripadnici privatnog obezbeđenja, koji obavljaju slične bezbednosne zadatke kao policajci. Rezultati istraživanja u kome je učestvovalo 178 pripadnika privatnog obezbeđenja ukazuju da oni imaju visoko mišljenje o policiji i njenim pripadnicima. Primetno je da stariji pripadnici privatnog obezbeđenja imaju nešto bolje mišljenje o pripadnicima policije nego njihove mlađe kolege. To ukazuje da sa mlađim pripadnicima privatnog obezbeđenja treba više raditi, ne samo na kursevima za privatno obezbeđenje, nego i kasnije tokom službe. Svakako treba više insistirati na zajedničkim obukama, kako radi povećanja poverenja tako i radi upoznavanja sa procedurama koje službe preduzimaju.
