Prenos prećutnog menadžerskog znanja - potencijalni izvor prekograničnih spajanja i akvizicija u bankarskom sektoru Saveta za saradnju zalivskih arapskih zemalja

Sažetak
Ovaj konceptualni rad se bavi istraživanjem potencijalne veze između doprinosa menadžera u zaključivanju prekograničnih poslova u oblasti spajanja i akvizicija (M&A), s jedne strane, i prenosa prećutnog znanja, s druge strane. Osnovna premisa na kojoj ovaj rad počiva polazi od činjenice da postoji verovatnoća da će ti menadžeri biti izloženi značajnim prenosima prećutnog znanja tokom učešća u pregovorima, realizaciji transakcija spajanja i akvizicija i njihovom praćenju. Konceptualni model izložen u ovom radu uzima u obzir dve dimenzije spajanja i akvizicija, a to su broj transakcija spajanja i akvizicija kojima menadžer koordinira, ili iste realizuje i vrednost tih transakcija. Dalje, za nekoliko ublažavajućih faktora se kaže da isti utiču na središnju pretpostavku koja utiče na odnos broja/vrednosti transakcija spajanja i akvizicija i meru tokova prećutnog znanja, tj. učestalost sastanaka licem u lice, kulturnu inteligenciju menadžera, iskustvo menadžera u međunarodnom poslovanju, i broj jezika koje oni govore. Veruje se da je ispitivanje propozicija istraživanja, koje se nalaze u osnovi predloženog istraživačkog modela, od naročite važnosti za bankarski sektor u zalivskim zemljama u kojima je aktivnost spajanja i akvizicija sveprisutna.
