Sažetak
Klipna merna instalacija je korišćena u cilju evaluacije trenja između košuljice cilindra i klipnog prstena kod benzinskog četvorotaktnog motora. Vršeno je ispitivanje sastava materijala od kojih su ovi delovi izrađeni. Eksperiment je izvršen na pljosnatom uzorku košuljice cilindra i delu klipnog prstena. Dovod maziva je obavljen preko ulaznog dela kontaktne zone. Komercijalna maziva SAE10W30, SAE20W40 i SAE20W50 su korišćena kod ispitivanja opisanog metoda. Koeficijent trenja je meren sledećim parametrima: promenljivo opterećenje, promenljiva brzina i temperatura. Utvrđeno je da mazivo SAE10W30 ima najveći koeficijent trenja. Viskozitet maziva ima najvažniju ulogu u karakterizaciji ponašanja trenja.
