Pouzdanost terenskih testova za procenu specifične rvačke pripremljenosti

Sažetak
Predmet ovog rada je ispitivanje mogućnosti dijagnostikovanja specifične pripremljenosti rvača primenom terenskih testova. Na osnovu toga, glavni cilj je bio da se utvrdi nivo pouzdanosti specifičnih terenskih testova za rvače, u funkciji praktične primenljivosti istih. U istraživanju je učestvovao 31 rvač iz Srbije, prosečne starosti 21.61±3.36 godina (≥18 God.). U odnosu na primenjene metode, kao osnovni metod u istraživanju je korišćeno terensko testiranje. U cilju definisanja pouzdanosti dva specifično-terenska testa, koristio se test-retest postupak, i to na dva načina: "pokušaj-za-pokušaj" i "dan-za-dan". Ispitanici su testirani primenom dva terenska testa "Specific Wrestling Fitness Test" (SWFT) - specifični rvački fitnes test se sastoji iz tri segmenta bacanja po 30 sekundi, između kojih je odmor od 20 sekundi; i "Specific Wrestling Performance Test" (SWPT) - specifični rvački performans test se sastoji iz dva segmenta u trajanju od po 3 minuta, koji vremenski simuliraju rundu u borbi, a između kojih je odmor u trajanju od 30 sekundi. Radi relativizovanja opterećenja u testovima su korišćene tri rvačke lutke, različite težine (22 kg, 27 kg i 32 kg), a tehnika prednji pojas, kao standardno bacanje za sve ispitanike. U definisanim terenskim testovima, mereni i procenjivani su: parametri pripremljenosti rvača u odnosu na model izračunavanja (ukupan broj bacanja tokom testa - UB Bacanja, specifični džudo fitnes indeks - SJFIndeks, specifični rvački performans indeks - SRPIndeks), funkcionalne karakteristike (frekvencija pulsa uzorkovana odmah po završetku testa - HR0min., u prvom - HR1min., u drugom - HR2min., u trećem - HR3min., u četvrtom - HR4min., i u petom minutu oporavka - HR5min.) i metaboličke karakteristike (koncentracija laktata uzorkovana u trećem - La3min. i u petom minutu oporavka - La5min.). Za potrebe utvrđivanja pouzdanosti upotrebljena je korelaciona statistika, linearna regresiona analiza, analiza utvrđivanja razlika, kao i parametri pouzdanosti (Cronbach's Alpha). Rezultati su pokazali da su SWFT i SWPT, pouzdane metode procene nivoa dostignute specifične pripremljenosti u rvačkom sportu. Definisanjem pouzdanije metode uzorkovanja, utvrđeno je da je metoda ponovljenog testiranja "dan-za-dan" pouzdanija, bez obzira na test. Takođe je utvrđeno da je SWPT pouzdaniji za procenu specifične rvačke pripremljenosti, bez obzira na test-retest metodu uzorkovanja.
