Sažetak
Studenti sa tradicijom porodičnog poslovanja imaju tri opcije kada se radi o odluci o karijeri. To čini izbor karijere složenijim u poređenju sa klasičnom dilemom između traženja zaposlenja i započinjanja novog poslovnog poduhvata. Na osnovu GUESSS 2013/14 istraživanja koje je sprovedeno u 34 zemlje sa 109000 učesnika, analiziran je uticaj ličnih faktora koji utiču na izbor karijere studenata u zemljama u tranziciji i zemljama sa razvijenom tržišnom ekonomijom u Evropi. Korišćenjem teorije planiranog ponašanja, stavova o riziku i performansama porodičnog poslovanja, razmatrana je razlika između dve posmatrane grupe. Utvrđeno je da zajednički imenitelj skoro pedeset godina planirane ekonomije u zemljama u tranziciji utiče na namere njihovog izbora karijere, posebno u smislu kontrole ličnog ponašanja, subjektivnih normi i stavova o riziku. Nalazi, zasnovani na komparativnom pristupu, ukazuju na to da je kontekst okruženja važan faktor uticaja koji treba razmotriti u daljem istraživanju ovog polja.
