Određivanje faktora uspeha za postizanje efektivnih strategijskih promena - uloga strategijskog uključivanja menadžera srednjeg nivoa

Sažetak
Postoji mišljenje da menadžeri srednjeg nivoa imaju najznačajniju ulogu u strategijskim promenama, što kao rezultat dovodi do organizacione uspešnosti. Ovo istraživanje ima za cilj identifikaciju značajnih faktora uspeha za postizanje efektivne strategijske promene, kao i izučavanje povezanosti strategijskog uključivanja menadžera srednjeg nivoa i efektivnosti promena. Podaci su sakupljeni primenom ankete koja je uključila grupu menadžera srednjeg novoa (N=144) koji su angažovani u dvadeset privatnih komercijalnih banaka u Bangladešu. Potom je analiza urađena primenom različitih statističkih testova, uključujući deskriptivnu statistiku, pearsonovu korelaciju, kao i jednostavnu i višestruku regresionu analizu u programu STATA. Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da su faktori: odnos sa top menadžmentom, strateške uloge i veštine; najznačajniji za efikasnu strategijsku promenu. Ova studija takođe pokazuje i visoku povezanost između strategijskog uključivanja menadžera srednjeg nivoa i efektivne strategijske promene. Rezultati istraživanja sugerišu da organizacije trebaju da uključe menadžere srednjeg nivoa kod formulisanja i implementacije strategije, obzirom da ovaj nivo menadžera radi kao spona između menadžmenta najvišeg nivoa i operativnog menadžmenta.
