Sažetak
Poslovna praksa i stavovi turista pokazuju da hotelijerstvo predstavlja primarni faktor razvoja urbanog turizma. Smatra se da pored ekskluzivnog izgleda objekta, bez prave lokacije nema ni poslovnog uspeha. Poznato je da tipičan turista želi da bude u blizini turističke atrakcije do koje će moći da stigne peške. Ovaj rad se bavi uticajem lokacije i eksterijera urbanih hotela na odluku o izboru i ukupno zadovoljstvo gostiju hotelskim proizvodom. Istraživanje je sprovedeno u hotelima dva najveća gradska centra u Srbiji (Beograd i Novi Sad). Cilj istraživanja je uvid u realno stanje pozicije lokacije i eksterijera u oceni zadovoljstva gostiju. Za statističku obradu podataka korišćene su deskriptivna statistička analiza, t-test i regresiona analiza.
