Transport pacijenata iz ambulante

Sažetak
Uvod: Gradski zavod za hitnu medicinsku pomoć Beograd, pored rada na terenu pruža i zdravstvene usluge građanima 24h dnevno u svojim ambulantama koje rade noću i u ambulanti Centralne zgrade. Pacijenti procenjeni kao hitni a ne mogu u potpunosti da se zbrinu u ovoj ambulanti, kojima je potrebna dodatna dijagnostika ili duža opservacija, se šalju u najbliži dežurni kliničko bolnički centar. Za pacijente kojima je potreban medicinski nadzor u toku odlaska do nadležne više zdavstvene ustanove, obezbeđuje se transfer sanitetskim vozilom, u pratnji lekara i medicinskog tehničara, ili uz pratnju medicinskog tehničara i vozača. Cilj našeg istraživanja je bio: Pokazati koliko se pacijenata transportuje iz ambulante GZHMP, zbog kojih stanja, u kojoj smeni, dnevnoj ili noćnoj i koliko transportnom a koliko lekarskom ekipom. Metodologija: Retrospektivna analiza rada jednog lekara u ambulani u centralnoj zgradi u periodu od 01.01.2015-31.12.2017 na pregledanih 6793 pacijenata. Rezultati: Od ukupnog broja pregledanih pacijenata, transportovano u nadležnu višu zdravstvenu ustanovu je 154 ili 2.3%. Češće su se transportovale osobe mlađeg životnog doba, u toku dnevne smene, sa jednakim brojem osoba oba pola. Najčešća stanja zbog kojih su bolesnici transportovani su akutni infarkt miokarda, supraventrikularne tahikardije i angina pektoris, potom hronična opstruktivna bolest pluća, poremećaji srčanog rada i povrede. Skoro 80% transportovanih su preveženi u pratnji ekipe sa lekarem, a manji broj 20%, sa transportnom ekipom. Veći broj transportovanih je u toku dnevne smene i muškog je pola. Zaključak: Mali procenat pacijenata se transportuje, najčešće zbog akutnog infarkta miokarda, supraventrikularne tahikardije i angine pektoris.
