Sažetak
U radu je naglašeno da su savremene tržišne tendencije uzrokovale drugačiji odnos na relaciji poslodavac-zaposleni u zdravstvu. Reč je o pojavi novina gde su za- posleni sami odgovorni za svoju karijeru, a ne ustanova koja više ne garantuje sigurno zaposlenje do kraja životne karijere. Danas uspešno upravljanje karijerom zahteva i traži od zaposlenih u zdravstvu proaktivan odnos - učenje, ali i razvoj novih veština.
Abstract
In the paper it is emphasized that modern market tendencies have caused a different attitude on the relationship between employer and health employees. It is about the appearance of innovations as: employees become self-responsible for their careers, not institutions, which no longer guarantees safe employment for the rest of their life careers. Today, successful career management requires and demands from healthcare professionals a proactive relationship - learning, but also the development of new skills.
