Sažetak
Tajna uspešnog poslovanja je u tome da znamo ko su korinici određenog proizvoda ili usluge, i da se zna šta oni očekuju od organizacije. Razumevanje potreba korisnika je ključan faktor u njihovom zadržavanju, kao i sticanju novih korisnika u procesu ostvarivanja većeg udela na tržištu i maksimimizacije profita, što je krajnji cilj svake organizacije. Dakle, shvatanje potreba korisnika vodi do uspešne ponude proizvoda i usluga koje zadovoljavaju taj osećaj potrebe, i ako organizacija unapred uspe da pogodi šta korisnicima treba, oni će imati utisak da se o njima brine i da organizacija misli da su oni njima značajni. Kako bi saznali šta je potrebno korsnicima, moraju se predvideti i planirati njihove potrebe.
Abstract
The secret of successful business is to know when they clani particular product or service, and to know what they expect from the organization. Understanding user needs is a key factor in their retention, as well as acquiring new customers in the process of achieving greater market share and maksimimizacije profit, which is the ultimate goal of any organization. Thus, understanding the needs of users leads to successful products and services that meet the needs of this feeling, and if the organization forward successfully to guess what users need, they will have the impression that looks after them and that the organization thinks they are important to them. To find out what is required by users, must anticipate and plan for their needs.
