Sažetak
Ekonomija bazirana na znanju oslanja se na ideje, kreativnost, komunikaciju, istraživanje i razvoj, primenu tehnologije i to prvenstveno informaciono- komunikacione tehnologije. To je ekonomija u kojoj se znanje kreira, stiče, prenosi i koristi a to se dešava na nivou pojedinca, kompanije i društva. Cilj ekonomije bazirane na znanju je promovisati ekonomski i društveni razvoj. Da bi se to postiglo, neophodno je pored stručnog znanja, imati i razvijene tzv. 'meke veštine' koje se prvenstveno odnose na usmenu i pisanu komunikaciju. Ono što se ceni jeste kreativnost, sposobnost rada u timu, emocionalna inteligencija. Razvoj u pravcu industrije znanja doveo je do veće potražnje za ljudskim resursima u nauci i tehnologiji, ali takođe i uopšteno za radnicima znanja duž svih sektora privrede. U Srbiji je procenat visokoobrazovanih prilično ispod evropskog cilja, dok je prema 'odlivu mozgova' Srbija među prvim zemljama u svetu. Pitanje koje se postavlja jeste, s obzirom na navedene zahteve i okolnosti, koliko je Srbija spremna za ekonomiju baziranu na znanju.
Abstract
Knowledge- based economy relies on ideas, creativity, communication, research and development, application of technology, mainly information and communication technologies. It is an economy in which knowledge is created, acquired, transmitted and used and it is happening at the level of individuals, companies and society. The aim of the knowledge- based economy is to promote economic and social development. In order to achieve this, it is necessary in addition to the expert knowledge, have developed so-called 'soft skills' that are primarily related to oral and written communication. In that case the creativity, the ability to work in teams and emotional intelligence are important. Development towards the knowledge industry has led to a greater demand for human resources in science and technology, but also for knowledge workers across all sectors of the economy, in general. In Serbia, the percentage of highly educated is quite below the EU target, while according to the 'brain drain' Serbia was among the first countries in the world. The question that arises is given the above requirements and circumstances, to what extent Serbia is ready for an economy based on knowledge.
