Sažetak
Promena strukture i razvoj trgovinskog sektora u gradskim aglomeracijama mogu da se objasne na osnovu broja i strukture učesnika, kao i povećane koncentracije na tržištu, povećanja prosečne površine maloprodajnih objekata, promene klasičnih funkcija trgovine i korišćenja novih instrumenata marketinga. Komparativna analiza je pokazala da je nivo koncentracije trgovine veći u analiziranim gradovima u odnosu na predmetne države koje su prošle ključne faze tranzicije privrede i tržišta.
Abstract
The change of structure and trade sector development in urban agglomerations can be explained based on the change of number and structure of participants, as well as increased market concentration, the increased average size of retail stores, the change of traditional trade functions and the use of new marketing instruments. Comparative analysis has showed that the level of market concentration in analyzed cities is higher compared to the observed countries which have completed the key phases of market and economic transition.
