Sažetak
Biljke predstavljaju najvažniji izvor Fe za ljude i životinje; zato je njegovo nakupljanje u jestivim delovima biljaka veoma značajno. Pošto biljne vrste, ekotipovi, genotipovi, linije i sorte mogu da se razlikuju u nakupljanju mineralnih materija, cilj ovog rada je bio da se ispita nakupljanje Fe u zrnu vrsta Aegilops i Triticum koje se odlikuju različitim genomima (AA, BB, BBAA, BBAADD), ii) istraži odnos između nivoa ploidnosti i nakupljanja Fe u zrnu i iii) analizira međuzavisnost veličine zrna i koncentracije Fe. Dvadeset različitih genotipova je bilo uključeno u trogodišnje poljske oglede. Ispitivane vrste i genotipovi su se značajno razlikovali po koncentraciji Fe u zrnu, pri čemu je najviša ustanovljena u zrnu diploidnog Aegilops speltoides (BB genom). Tetraploidni i savremeni gajeni heksaploidni genotipovi pokazali su značajne razlike u koncentraciji Fe u celom zrnu. Ispitivani genotipovi su se značajno razlikovali i po masi hiljadu zrna (TGW), koja je bila najmanja kod Aegilops speltoides. Značajna negativna međuzavisnost je ustanovljena između koncentracije Fe u zrnu i TGW, dok je pozitivna ustanovljena između TGW i sadržaja Fe u pojedinačnim zrnima. Veće nakupljanje Fe u pojedinačnim zrnima tetraploidnih i heksaploidnih genotipova u odnosu na diploidne pretke ukazuje na to da je tokom povećanja ploidnosti povećana i sposobnost nakupljanja Fe u zrnu. Rezultati ukazuju na to da u genomu pšenice u celini postoji dovoljna genetička raznolikost koja može da se iskoristi za značajno povećanje koncentracije Fe u zrnu pšenice.
