Uticaj mokulacije semena i kalcifikacije zemljišta na prinos i kvalitet krme lucerke i crvene deteline

Sažetak
U radu su prikazani rezultati trogodišnjih ispitivanja uticaja inokulacije semena i kalcifikacije orničnog sloja zemljišta na prinos biomase i kvalitet suve materije lucerke i crvene deteline. Pre setve seme sorti lucerke (NS Mediana ZMS V i NS-Slavija) je inokulisano sa pH rezistentnim sojevima bakterija Rhizobium melliloti (R1, R2), a seme crvene deteline (Kolubara) sojem Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. trifolii (R). Predsetvena inokulacija semena u oba slučaja je uticala na značajno povećanje prinosa suve materije lucerke i crvene deteline u sve tri godine ispitivanja. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na opravdanost upotrebe Rhizobium-a na zemljištima sa nižom pH vrednošću što opravdava i selekciju odgovarajućih sojeva i njihovu primenu pri zasnivanju useva ovih vrsta. Istovremeno, značajno povećanje prinosa suve materije lucerke i crvene deteline u prvoj godini na tretmanima sa CaO ukazuje na opravdanost primene ove mere na kiselim zemljištima. Međutim, u drugoj i trećoj godini primenjena doza nije dovela do značajnijeg povećanja prinosa biomase. Imajući u vidu osobine korena ovih vrsta, nameće se potreba normiranja odgovarajućih količina krečnog materijala, kao i njegove dublje inkorporacije.
