Energy saving of panel floor system for piglets heating

Abstract
Uniformity of realized heating source temperature field is a real index of its setted requirements in the controlled piglets zone. Heating process is realized by convection+radiation. Influence of total heat transmission on piglets body is described by resultant dry air temperature. Thermoinsulation of passive heating panel surface results with energy saving of 9,44%. In combination with arch chamber 10 cm over active surface, insulated concrete panel increased energy saving of 21,72%. Uniformity stage of realized temperature field is increased too. This was result of accumulative heat recurrence influence. Put down on the surface of panel, arch chamber increased energy saving about 15,76%.
