Effect of microclimate conditions on reproductive and productive pig traits

Under conditions of closed, intensive pig housing, animals are not able to protect themselves, so every exception from the environment normatives causes the stress. Consequences are lower productivity, health disorders and, in extreme cases, death of animals. In this paper the effects of microclimate condition on reproductive and productive traits and on workman are presented, as well as the possibilities of saving of energy.
