Procena zadovoljstva podrškom od strane medicinskog osoblja u procesu suočavanja sa neplodnošću

Sažetak
Bez obzira na postojanje trenda uvođenja na pacijenta usmerenog pristupa u klinikama koje se bave tretmanom problema neplodnosti, istraživanja zadovoljstva podrškom medicinskog osoblja u Srbiji još nisu sprovođena. U skladu sa tim, osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja odnosi se na ispitivanje metrijskih karakteristika Upitnika za procenu medicinske podrške, kao prvog kvantitativnog instrumenta za merenje ovog vida podrške u Srbiji. U istraživanju je učestvovalo ukupno 87 žena, koje se trenutno suočavaju sa problemom neplodnosti. Na ispitivanom uzorku pouzdanost upitnika je visoka i izražena kroz Kronbahov alfa koeficijent iznosi .96, dok se primenom metode glavnih komponenti dobija jednofaktorsko rešenje. Osim metrijskih karakteristika instrumenta, u istraživanju je prikazano i zadovoljstvo ispitanica određenim segmentima podrške. Njihovi odgovori ukazuju na najviše zastupljeno zadovoljstvo segmentom tehničke veštine i kompetentnost za sprovođenje tretmana, dok među najlošije ocenjene spadaju emocionalna podrška od strane medicinskog osoblja i edukacija pacijenata o propratnim emocionalnim efektima. Dužina suočavanja sa problemom neplodnosti i starost ispitanica nisu se pokazali značajnim u proceni zadovoljstva. Dobijeni nalazi govore u prilog postojanju fokusa na medicinski aspekt i efikasnost od strane medicinskog osoblja, nasuprot na pacijenta usmereni pristup, i otvaraju prostor za rad na integraciji holističkog pristupa u klinike koje se bave problemom neplodnosti u Srbiji. Osim toga, rezultati ističu značaj postojanja efikasnog i pouzdanog instrumenta za merenje zadovoljstva medicinskom podrškom za praćenje i unapređenje rada klinika na kojima se sprovode tretmani asistiranih reproduktivnih tehnologija.
