Lubrikacija magnetnog fluida kod beskonačnog kliznog ležaja hrapave površine

Sažetak
U ovom radu se analiziraju karakteristike performansi beskonačnog kliznog ležaja hrapave površine u prisustvu magnetnog fluida kao lubrikanta. Korišćen je Neuringer Rosenwicg model protoka magnetnog fluida. Za procenu uticaja hrapavosti površine primenjen je Christensen i Tonder-ov stohastički model. Odgovarajuća stohastički usrednjena jednačina Rejnoldsovog tipa je rešena da bi se dobila distribucija pritiska i nakon toga izračunao kapacitet nosivosti. Rezultati prikazani grafički pokazuju da se neželjeni uticaj transferzalne hrapavosti može svesti na minimum ukoliko se odabere odgovarajuća snaga magneta. Zapaža se da negativno zakošena hrapava površina ima važnu ulogu u poboljšanju performansi ležaja.
