Sažetak
Kao organizacioni fenomen koji označava sposobnost uticaja na sledbenike da se angažuju u ostvarenju organizacionih ciljeva, liderstvo se, u velikoj meri, bazira na sposobnosti realizacije liderskog uticaja. U radu će biti razmatrane najznačajnije determinante uticaja lidera na sledbenike u procesu liderstva u organizaciji, pri čemu će se ukazati na osnovne mehanizme njegove realizacije, kao i na izvore moći na kojima se bazira liderski uticaj, sa posebnim akcentom na njenu pozicionu i personalnu dimenziju. Biće razmatrane suštinske tehnike liderskog uticaja, kao i osnovni faktori koji ih determinišu, sa posebnim osvrtom na uticaj nacionalne i organizacione kulture.
