Prisustvo rodbine pri resuscitaciji - da ili ne?

Sažetak
Resuscitacija pacijenta se često sprovodi na javnom mestu ili u kućnim uslovima, uz moguće prisustvo rodbine, što stvara moguću dilemu o daljem postupa nju od strane članova resuscitacionog tima. Cilj rada: Cilj je ukazati na stavove lekara o prisustvu rodbine pri resuscitaciji pacijenata. Materijal i metode: Ispitivanjem je bilo obuhvaćeno 119 lekara koji su u potpunosti, od 2.000 upućenih anketa, odgovorili na zadata pitanja. Rezultati: Od ukupnog broja anketiranih 52% je smatralo da je prisustvo rodbine pri resuscitaciji štetno. Samo 9% lekara je potvrdilo da u svojoj ustanovi imaju osobu zaduženu za pružanje podrške članovima porodice tokom i nakon resuscitacije. Zaključak: Potrebno je definisati stav o načinu postupanja i prisustvu rodbine pri resuscitaciji kroz jasnije definisanu zakonsku regulativu i kroz nacionalne vodiče.
