Sažetak
U ovom radu se analizira ekstreman vid socijalne isključenosti - isključenost iz primarne zdravstvene zaštite. Ukazuje se na probleme i nedostatke u funkcionisanju socijalne države u zaštiti socijalnih prava žena, kao i nedostatke važeće pravne regulative. Istraživanje problema zdravstvene isključenosti naišlo je na problem nepostojanja sistematskih statističkih podataka na nacionalnom nivou Srbije. Iz tog razloga, u radu se vrši analiza dostupnih podataka - koja se odnose na Srbiju, a pre svega Beograd. Kao primer se uzimaju seoske žene iz sela u okviru Beogradskog okruga, da bi se naglasila postojeća protivurečnost na unutar-regionalnom nivou, kao i ekstremni vid diskriminacije žena.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the extreme form of exclusion-exclusion from the primary health care. It shows the problems and shortcomings in the functioning of the welfare state in protecting social rights of women, as well as disadvantages of valid legal regulation. The research on the health exclusion problems encountered an issue of non-existence of the systematic statistical data on the national level in Serbia. For that reason, the paper is the analysis of available data-relating to Serbia and Belgrade. Rural women from the villages of Belgrade region are taken as an example in order to emphasize the existing contradiction between regions, as well as an extreme form of discrimination against women.
