Sažetak
Virus smeđe naboranosti ploda paradajza (tomato brown rugose fruit virus, ToBRFV, rod Tobamovirus, family Virgaviridae) je prvi put detektovan 2014. godine u Izraelu, a nedavno je uočena njegova iznenadna pojava u Kini, Meksiku, SAD-u i nekoliko zemalja EPPO regiona. ToBRFV se ubraja u grupu visokoinfektivnih i veoma postojanih virusa. Propagativni materijal, uključujući seme i rasad, kao i sveži plodovi paradajza i paprike predstavljaju glavni put unosa virusa u nove regione. Takođe, ToBRFV se lako širi mehanički, kontaktom biljaka, kontaminiranim oruđem, obućom, odećom, rukama i drugom opremom prilikom izvođenja različitih mera nege useva. Kontrola oboljenja je veoma teška i najvažniju meru predstavlja sprečavanje unošenja virusa upotrebom zdravog propagativnog materijala. Jednom kada je virus unet u neko područje, mere suzbijanja su veoma ograničene i uglavnom se oslanjaju na uništavanje zaraženih biljaka i primenu strogih fi tosanitarnih mera, jer otporne sorte trenutno nisu dostupne. Zbog potencijala da izazove velike štetne u proizvodnji paradajza, ToBRFV poseduje značajan fi tosanitarni rizik za proizvodnju paradajza u zemljama EPPO regiona, pa je 2020. godine uvršten u EPPO A2 karantinsku listu.
