The importance of international ISO standards application for enterprise management and ensuring customer satisfaction

Abstract
ISO standards contain requirements for quality management, environmental management, food safety management, information security systems management, risks management, social responsibility management, etc. The organizations, whose employees at all organizational levels understand the importance of correct use of standards and effects of their use, make efforts for continuous improvement of management systems. The improvements are realized through the application of requirements of certificated standardized quality systems and similar non certified standards and through application of different business excellence models.
