Sažetak
Tim zaposlenih koji teži ostvarenju zajedničkog cilja je ono što je potrebno svakoj kompaniji, a uspeh poslovanja zavisi od načina funkcionisanja i razmišljanja tog tima. Organizaciona kultura oblikuje način na koji zaposleni razmišljaju, reaguju i ponašaju se. Poslovna praksa preduzeća u Republici Srbiji pokazala je da je organizaciona kultura orijentisana na zaposlene, akciju i izazove važna odrednica poboljšanja svih pokazatelja poslovnog učinka, uključujući integraciju lanca snabdevanja, što je glavna tema analize u ovom radu. Dimenzije organizacione kulture utiču na unutrašnju integraciju, integraciju sa kupcima i integraciju sa dobavljačima, određujući ostvarivanje ključnog cilja upravljanja lancem snabdevanja koji se odnosi na isporuku pravog proizvoda, na pravo mesto, u pravo vreme i uz razumne troškove.
