Eksperiment i istraživanje tvrdoće i zatezne čvrstoće u mikrostrukturi hibridnih kompozita sa metalnom matricom od Al - Gr - Fe3O4

Sažetak
Danas su kompoziti aluminijuma sa metalnom matricom najznačajniji materijali visoke klase. Koriste se kao veoma sofisticirani materijali u automobilskoj, avio, elektro i elektronskoj industriji jer imaju široku primenu i tehnička svojstva puna izazova. U ovom radu pripremili smo i uporedili tvrdoću i zateznu čvrstoću hibridnih kompozita LM25 (Gr) i LM25 (Gr)/(Fe3O4). Pri izlivanju prvo je sipan kompozit da bi se iskoristile prednosti procesa izlivanja mešanjem, pri čemu se maseni procenat ojačanja kretao od 4% Gr do 3% Fe3O4. Izvršena je karakterizacija mikrostrukture kompozita a svojstva zatezne čvrstoće su određena prema standardima. Mikrofotografije su pokazale da postoji relativno homogeno prisustvo čestica u kompozitima. Rasejani grafit i Fe3O4 kod legure LM25 su doprineli poboljšanju zatezne čvrstoće. Skenirajuća elektronska mikroskopija je pokazala homogeni raspored čestica iz ojačanja u matrici.
