Razlike u antropometrijskim merama orbite između Srba i Roma u Centralnoj Srbiji

Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Oblik i veličina orbitalne šupljine su bitni parametri u planiranju hirurških zahvata, a imaju veliki značaj i u antropologiji i sudskoj medicini. Cilj ovog rada je bio da utvrdi morfometričke karakteristike orbitalne šupljine u srpskoj populaciji, kao i da utvrdi da li postoje razlike između srpske i romske etničke grupe. Metode Korišćenjem kompjuterizovane topografije i naknadno multiplarne rekonstrukcije analizirali smo orbite 76 srpskih i 18 romskih zdravih volontera. Nije bilo značajne razlike u godinama između etničkih grupa. Rezultati Visina i širina leve, kao i visina desne orbite bile su značajno veće kod Roma nego kod Srba, dok se širina desne orbite nije značajno razlikovala. Orbitalni indeksi za oba oka su, međutim, imali slične vrednosti kod Srba i Roma. Zapremina desne orbite nije se razlikovala između ispitivanih etničkih grupa, ali je leva orbita imala značajno veću zapreminu kod romske populacije. Konačno, biorbitalna i interorbitalna visina i širina su bile značajno veće kod Roma nego kod Srba. Nismo otkrili razlike među polovima, osim za biorbitalnu širinu, koja je imala niže vrednosti kod srpskih, ali ne i kod romskih žena, nego kod muškaraca. Zaključak Naši rezultati govore u prilog većim orbitama, kao i većem razmaku između očiju kod Roma nego kod Srba.
