Analiza razvoja i efekti elektronske trgovine u Srbiji na bazi SF-TOPSIS i TOPSIS metoda

Sažetak
Nema sumnje da je danas vrlo aktuelna, značajna i složena problematika merenja i analize dinamike razvoja i efekti elektronske trgovine u svakoj zemlji. U posmatranom vremenskom periodu 2017 - 2021, prema dobijenim empirijskim rezultatima na bazi SF-TOPSIS metode, najveći broj trgovinskih preduzeća u Srbiji sa uvođenjem elektronskog poslovanja (informacione i komunikacione tehnologije) i elektronskim prometom je bio u 2017. Slede po redu: 2021, 2018 , 2019. i 2020. Prema dobijenim empirijskim rezultatima primenom klasične TOPSIS metode u periodu 2017 - 2021. najveći broj trgovinskih preduzeća u Srbiji sa uvođenjem elektronskog poslovanja i elektronskim prometom zabeležen je u 2019. Slede po redu: 2020, 2021, 2018. i 2017. Faktori digitalizacije celokupnog poslovanja trgovine u Srbiji su globalni trend i potrebe, razvijenost savremene informacione i komunikacione tehnologije i mogućnosti primene u svim segmentima trgovačkog poslovanja, ekonomska klima, finansijske mogućnosti, priliv stranih maloprodajnih lanca, razvoj multikanalske prodaje - klasična i elektronska prodavnica, poslovanje non-stop bez vremenske i geografske barijere, itd.
