Sažetak
Rad se bavi osnovnim konceptima Veb 2.0 platformi na kojima su socijalni mediji zasnovani. Takođe, dat je pregled rezultata izabranih istraživanja o stavovima B2B organizacija o korišćenju socijalnih medija. Osnovni cilj rada je da se marketarima na B2B tržištima približe logika i prednosti korišćenja društvenih mreža kao savremenog alata interakcije sa ciljnim tržištem.
