Uticaj pušenja na kliničke karakteristike, radiološke promene i ishod lečenja obolelih od tuberkuloze pluća

Sažetak
Uvod/Cilj Cilj našeg istraživanja bio je da utvrdimo uticaj pušenja na kliničke karakteristike, obim radioloških promena i ishod lečenja obolelih od tuberkuloze pluća. Metodologija Prospektivnom studijom obuhvatili smo sve obolele od tuberkuloze pluća (TBP) lečene na Odeljenju pulmologije Kliničko-bolničkog centra u Kosovskoj Mitrovici u periodu od 2010. do 2016. godine. Rezultati Među pušačima obolelim od TBP bilo je značajno više osoba muškog pola (p = 0,05), starosti između 30 i 49 godina (p < 0,001). Pušači su značajno više konzumirali alkohol (p < 0,001) i imali su izražen socijalni faktor za oboljevanje od TBP (p = 0,002). Teža klinička forma TBP sa kavernama bila je češća kod pušača (38,8%), a kod nepušača lakša, parenhimatozna, jednostrana plućna tuberkuloza (31,8%). Obimne radiološke promene su bile izraženije kod pušača (p = 0,002). Recidiv bolesti se češće javljao kod pušača (p = 0,05). U multivarijantnoj logističkoj regresiji rizik da neko bude pušač jesu godine života 30-39 (OR = 11,18), 40-49 (OR = 19,66) i 50-59 (OR = 9,06) i navika konzumacije alkohola (OR = 9,32). Zaključak Pušači su češće bolovali od sputum pozitivne tuberkuloze pluća, imali su obimnije radiloške promene i recidiv bolesti je bio češći. U najvećem broju bili su srednjih godina života sa navikom konzumiranja alkohola i činili su grupu obolelih čije navike predstavljaju glavni razlog za iskorenjivanje tuberkuloze.
