New metaphysics of Serbian rehabilitation medicine is the struggle against alienation, inaccessibility, superficiality and dehumanization of this splendid medical specialization. We need education in humanities for all the members of the rehabilitation team. Introduction of humanities in Serbian rehabilitation medicine is the introduction of religiosity, spirituality and philosophy of medicine in daily rehabilitation. 'Oh faithless generation, how long shall I be with you?' Because of that, believe in God, believe in man and let us be on our way.
