Povezanost organizacione socijalne odgovornosti i nekih značajnih faktora sa spremnošću za permanentno obrazovanje

Sažetak
U uslovima modernog poslovanja, permanentno obrazovanje jeste neophodno za uspešno delovanje na radu. Promenljivost tehnologija i okruženja nameće ove potrebe. Na spremnost za permanentno obrazovanje utiče veliki broj faktora, ali jedan od značajnih jeste socijalna odgovornost zaposlenog pojedinca prema organizaciji u kojoj radi, te smo to uzeli kao centralni problem ovog istraživanja. Uz to, bavili smo se i povezanošću nekih drugih faktora, poput sociodemografskih sa spremnošću za permanentno obrazovanje. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju povezanost organizacione socijalne odgovornosti, u obe njene dimenzije- altruizam i savesnost- sa spremnošću za permanentno obrazovanje. Takođe, stepen obrazovanja, visina zarade, radno mesto i oblik vlasništva nad preduzećem imaju uticaj na ovu spremnost.
