Sažetak
Zreli plodovi biljaka iz familije Apiaceae koriste se u narodnoj medicini za lečenje digestivnih poremećaja. Takođe, mogu da se koriste i u veterini i ishrani životinja, posebno živine, kao imunostimulanti i kao prirodni antibiotici. Biljke iz familije Apiaceae poboljšavaju performanse živine, a deluju i preventivno na pojavu bolesti. U ovom radu dat je pregled literaturnih podataka o upotrebi kima, anisa, korijandra i komorača u ishrani brojlerskih pilića i japanske prepelice kao i njihov efekat na produktivne performanse, parametre krvi, holesterol i masnokiselinski profil.
